Hi there Currently we are using AX2009 and in the process of implementing 2012R3, and also in the process of implementing the dynamics 2012R3 retail for one of our legal entity. As we cannot move the licenses directly from AX2009 to 2012R3, we upgraded to D365 and downgraded to 2012R3 and thought of using the few licenses to our 2012R3 retail implementation for our retail legal entity. The response from Microsoft is not much encouraging when we approached through our Partner, as they are saying "store server licence is not available for downgraded version from D365 licences to 2012R3 license" Please help us in this issue of using our few licenses in implementing the 2012R3 retail for our retail legal entity and also suggest the possible options for implementing 2012R3 retail.
