yeah,, this is a followup question to sir john, yeahh we do that, we enter it in PRS, under add items in line view, enter the product name, product category, description, quantity, units, uom, then selecting and clicking OK button, you will found out that the product name is blank.. you cannot proceeds with the PRS even becuase it is in red line, then i tried to input or type manually the product name, it is doesnt workout.. it cant be save.. try it also in 2012 version and see what you observed....
