We are testing out the retail installation at one of our client place.
We have configured the following . A sync service at the head quarters which is testing successfully.
We installed the POS and the sync service on a store ( A laptop which is not part of the domain and is stand alone)
We created a Sync profile for the store . When we tried to do the Test connection it says 123005 error message
on the Networking side , we are able to ping Ip from both ends. Additionally the store machines use a VPN to establish a network.
Any ideas on why it is failing even though it is pinging ?
