The forum is monitored by some AX professionals voluntary. It is not a service desk with guaranteed response times. Depending on the topic I can try to answer questions. I also have placed some questions in the past which are not answered. This is probably caused by the topic, moment of posting, difficulty level or lack of information.
You can either reply on your own question to have it back on top of the list or create the question again (and please delete the old).
