Forum Post: Hiding menu items in AX2012

Hello All,

we are working on security and part of this is hiding some menu items for specific roles in AX 2012.

I'm trying to hide a menu item from the navigation pane of 'HcmWorker' form but it is not exposed in the AOT in 'menu items'.

any ideas?
