1. Delete the report databases from SQL server management studio.
2. If you have any other machine with the reports working, go to the report server folder. and copy the below mentioned three files (a, b and c below.)
ex: C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSRS11.MSSQLSERVER\Reporting Services\ReportServer
In this folder, you will have 3 configuration files.
a) rsreportserver.config
b) rssrvpolicy.config
c) web.config
Copy and replace these files to your machine in which the actual error occurs.
3. Now, go to Report server configuration tool (Start > Run > rsconfigtool)
Set the service account to your user account,, apply., Create report databases.
specify the execution account.
Close all the windows.
4. Open Ax, create report folder and now go to report of your choice (AOT > SSRS reports)
Right click, click deploy.
This process solves your problem for sure..
