We are using AX 2012 in an RDP environment. Now users would like to print to their mail box on our Canon iR c2380 just like they do “locally”. We have added the printer to their RDP session and did a testprint from word to their store/mail box, works fine. But when we open AX and try to print to a store/mail box it is just printed not added to the store.
Store/mail box gives the user the ability to print many things secret things to a password protected store on the printer. When the user wants the printed papers he/she just walk over to the printer and open their store and press print.
Where to start troubleshot?
